Rosie Montgomery, PA-C graduated from University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business in 2011 with a dual degree in Insurance and Risk Management and Marketing.

After working as a life insurance underwriter for multiple years, Ms. Montgomery obtained her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Drexel University in 2017 and, presently, works as a Physician Assistant in the Emergency Department, ICU and Urgent Care settings.

Ms. Montgomery is licensed by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and holds a Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Emergency Medicine through the NCCPA. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), the Society of Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants (SEMPA), and The Academy of Physician Assistants in Legal Medicine (APALM). Ms. Montgomery is also a certified Medical Professional Legal Consultant (MPLC), a certification obtained through Auburn University.

Victoria Nicholls, PA-C received both her Bachelors of Science in Biology and Masters of Science in Physician Assistant degrees from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ.

Over the following decade, Ms. Nicholls has practiced nearly exclusively in the fields of Emergency and Urgent Care Medicine. Aside from her clinical work, Ms. Nicholls was an Adjunct Professor, Clinical Instructor and Guest Lecturer for Philadelphia University’s Physician Assistant Program (now Thomas Jefferson University’s Physician Assistant Program).

Ms. Nicholls is licensed by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and holds a Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Emergency Medicine through the NCCPA. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), the Society of Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants (SEMPA), and The Academy of Physician Assistants in Legal Medicine (APALM). Ms. Nicholls is also a certified Medical Professional Legal Consultant (MPLC), a certification obtained through Auburn University.

What is a PA?

Physician Assistants are highly trained medical professionals, trained to evaluate, diagnose and treat a variety of patients across all medical specialties

We are able to order and interpret studies, prescribe medications, manage treatment plans and often serve as a patient’s primary medical provider.

Education

PA’s are educated at a highly competitive Master’s Degree Level and trained in all aspects of general medicine following a medical school model. The program consists of a rigorous 3-year program comprised of didactic classroom learning and over 2,000 hours of hands on of clinical rotations. Graduates are board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and must complete at least 100 hours of continuing medical education every 2 years.
